Product Description

1, The Wicker we use for our outdoor living furniture is only the highest quality man-made fiber. Called PE Wicker, which is made from 99.8% Polyethylene and 0.2% Ash, this kind of wicker is UV resistant and waterproof, and our rattan is through dyed, you can fix it by applying heat when it get scratches, it last long time and the color never fade away, also it is not sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

2, For the fabric and sponge inside, they are all water proof, the sponge we use for our outdoor living furniture is of a density 20 which ensures the comfort.

3, The important point is on the frame, other outdoor living furniture manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum, but all our outdoor living products are constructed with 1.2 to 1.5mm thick tube, which make it strong enough, we make it powder coated, this way the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over, the others never do that to reduce the cost.

4, Cushion it's for outdoor living furniture use, it need carefully maintenance, but we don't need any cleaners and maintenance products, it can be simply wiped with a damp cloth, if cleaners needed, we strongly suggest you use non-foaming products, cushion it will leave residues and then contract dirt, and you can use a low setting pressure host to clean our outdoor woven living products.

The artificial rattan outdoor living furniture is made of the most durable PE. The PE rattan has superior endured for bend, aging and UV radiation. The main structure is made by aluminum tube.
