At present, different types of castings needs from dci' clients can be customized and produced in dci factory.
Here below you can find the basic finmation and have a general idea about dci and dci's castings.

Lost wax casting method:Water-glass investment casting ,silica sol investment casting

Machining.The roughness can reach 3.2 ?m after the rough castings are machined

(3).Castings of more than 5.0kgs, 50pcs/wooden box or we can do the package as per customers'requiremen

6.Delivey time for casting parts produced in dci factory

(1).Samples order:It takes 30 days after price approved
(2).Formal order for mass production:It takes 40 days after sample approved in clients' company side

7.Payment term

(1).Tooling cost:100% payment in advance by t/t after final price agreed between the clients and dci factory
(2).Sample cost:3pcs of samples sent for client testing for free
(3).Formal order for mass production:50% payment in advance by t/t, and 50% balance payment by t/t before shipping.
