A: Our brand is FAW, First Automobile Works is the biggest truck manufacture in China, our products cover all series such as tractor truck, tipper truck, cargo truck, and other special trucks.

Q: How can we trust your company?

A: We are the official authority company by FAW Qingdao Automobile Company. And we are registered in the Commercial Department of China,  with the whole qualification for exporting, you would feel relax and safe to do business with us. 

Q: Can u provide the ISO9001 certificate or some others related?

A: Yes. We have been exporting trucks for years. Rich experience for exporting to different countries, African market, Russia, South America, this help us better know have to handle with different certificates needed.

Q: How about warranty item?

A: We could support u original spare parts. And also email or telephone assist in the following days. If necessary, for large quantity ordered, our engineer could go for technical assist.
