Pneumatic conveying principle:
Use compressed air with certain pressure, into a gas chamber at the bottom of the tank through a pipeline, through porous plate and fluidized bed, quickly suspended powder cement materials on the chamber fluidized bed and into a flow state, when the tank pressure reaches a certain value, open the discharge valve, the flow of powder mixture with air along the fluidized bed slope flow discharge outlet, the discharge pipe pressure to a certain distance of bulk cement towers or bin.

In addition, the tank semi trailer can be equipped with various kinds of valves, discharge ports, and tank lids, such as in square or round shapes. Chioces of these parts can be made all according to your likings.
