Baked Paint Kitchen Cabinet (M-L89)
1- Kitchen Cabinet Door and drawer front: Solid wood (oak, maple, cherry, rubber wood) for wood line, 18mm painted MDF for lacquered line, 18mm PVC thermal-foil MDF for PVC line. Drawer front require at least 200mm height to make design/profile.
2- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Ends: 16mm thick, industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior with white melamine. The ends are PVC edge-banded on 4 sides.
The ends are bored for shelf adjustment. Exposed end panels require changing the end exterior to wood veneer or replaced by a board that is matching door color. The veneer is finished with the same staining process that is used on the door.
3- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Backs: The backs are 5mm thick MDF for wall and base cabinets.
4- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Tops & Bottoms: 16mm thick, industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior. They are PVC edge banded.
5-Shelves: 16mm thick, industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior. The shelves are adjustable; Metal shelves supports are included.
6- Kitchen Cabinet boxes Stretcher Braces: 16mm thick, industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior. They are PVC edge banded.
7- Toe Kicks: For non-wood line, we supply PVC in black or grey color, and require customer to appoint which color to be used when ordering. For wood line, toe kick will be plywood with wood veneer; The veneer is stain to match door color.
8- Drawer box: Natural woods for wood line, the drawers are dove-tailed, 15mm thick, with a 9mm thick plywood bottom if drawer come with ball-bearing full extension drawer glide, and will be 18mm thick bottom if drawer come with soft closing under mounted drawer glider.
For non-wood line, drawer boxes are made with industrial grade moisture proof particleboard impregnated with thermal fused melamine on the interior and exterior with white melamine, 16mm thick.
9-Drawer Glides: We offer 3 different glides as selection: Ball bearing full extension drawer glide, soft closing under mounted drawer glider, metal box drawer system. If Blum hardwares are required to supply, please indicate when ordering.
Different glide have different prices.
10-Hinges: Soft closing hinges, If Blum hardware are required to supply, please indicate when ordering.
Pulls: Door pulls are required. A selection is available, all handles/knob are sold separately.
