Instruction for Use:
1. Put webbing through screw and to be a loop.
2. Apply the tourniquet around the wound. Tighten webbing until it can't move.
3. Twist handle until bleeding is controlled.
4. Latch handle in triangular ring (no need to latch both ends).
5. Tighten safety screw.
6. Seek urgent medical help.
