5. How to solve the quality problem? 
We will produce before you confirm the sample. Under normal circumstances would not appear quality problem, however when it occurred, we would responsible for the problem we made. If it is the communicated problem, we can through negotiation. 

6. Can you provide product certificate? 
Of cause, according to your requirements, we guarantee that the product can pass America or EU environmental detection. 

7. Can you make post processing? 
Yes, according to your demand for various post processing. 

8. How can I get the sample?

9. May I know the delivery time? 
Mostly, 7-10 days, but for environmental standards, it would be longer than generally. Please be ordered in advance to avoid the peak season.
